SPRING COHORT: 8 WEEKS TOGETHER
The minds of mothers.
A Mothermind.

MOTHERMIND: SPRING is an 8 week online gathering (a mastermind for the mothers) created for mothers to enter the Spring season together in a collective community with other women navigating the identity of motherhood and remembering our personhood. Whether your child is 8 weeks or 18 years old, we are always navigating the identity, you are welcome here.

As we move into the Spring, I find it imperative to honor both the darkness that got us here and the light that is on the way. Sounds like motherhood, right? There is a harmony in our experience of being human and mama - the time for rest and deep connection as you inch closer to the season of the bloom and growth. This 8-week container invites you to explore the depths of your own transformation as a mother, drawing inspiration from the dualities of the muse, goddess of Spring and Queen of the Underworld, Persephone —her descent into the Underworld and her rise to the surface, embodying the balance between darkness and light. Wisdom will also be intertwined from the earthly element of cedar and poetry inspired by the language of a Springtime bloom.

Whether you’re in the early stages of motherhood, or reflecting on your experience, the MOTHERMIND provides space for growth and acceptance moment to moment. It’s a journey to reclaim the powerful cyclical nature of motherhood and your humanness —embracing the season of rest, reflection, and rebirth (of all the selves) as you enter into the seasons of effort, rejuvenation and light.

About me, I am Jacki Carr.

I am mom, mommy, mama and mommmmm!! (from a kid on a toilet or looking for a certain jersey or someone seeking solace in a snuggle). I am also a writer, a poet, and a community builder. And I am a coach with tools in leadership, life design and communication to ground in the present so we live this life now, not the next one.

This March, you are invited to come together to create possibility and support yourself AND other mothers.

My goals in creating the MOTHERMIND are to offer a space for you, yes you as mother and you beyond mother. There will be learnings, a-ha moments and me-too moments, for sure. You will be in collaboration and a sense of belonging where this mom life can get lonely at times. This space will gently encourage vulnerability with the self and with others in a safe container. And this space will be for witnessing one another because motherhood is not meant to be done alone. And I feel like a lot of us are doing it … alone. No more. Period.

MOTHERMIND: SPRING is now open!

Logistics | What you get:

  • 8 LIVE meetings // 90minute session once per week via ZOOM video conference with Jacki Carr. Expect eye contact, group support and bold learnings. Bring a notebook and open mind.

  • FEATURING 4 guest speakers, two will be integrated into our LIVE sessions to support expanded topics and direct Q&A. The other two will be pre-recorded podcast style and added into the vault to listen at your leisure.

  • Book Club, let’s read together. We will be reading (and for some of us, re-reading) The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown.

  • Access to past speaker mentors and the private MOTHERMIND podcast. (list is below).

  • Option to add on 1x1 Coaching support with Jacki Carr to take the work deeper.

  • A members-only VAULT for all the recordings and resources.

You | Who is this for?

  • This one is for Mama. The Mother. And mamas-to-be.

  • You that is in need of support but aren’t quite sure from where or for what area in your life. Come on in.

  • You, who lingers at the bottom of the to-do list because you place yourself at the bottom of the list.

  • You who, like me, might not recognize your body. Or perhaps you don’t have the same hustle you did before. You who, again like me, needs more burners on the life stovetop to keep your life leads hot. You, who needs a minute with another mother to say what just happened?

  • You have heard the quote “Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space” said by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor and is ready to do so. You know it is your responsibility to do this work and no one can do it for you. HOWEVER, you don’t have to do it solo, DIY or from a self book - because most of the time, we won’t.

  • This is for you who might have forgotten that the only way to be brave is to be scared first.

  • And this is for you who needs a deep breath. And another one. Me, too. Come in, breathe and rest together.

Experience | Connection in community:

  • A community of mothers.

  • A container for deep connection.

  • Mentorship from incredible humans.

  • A once a week live coaching circle to learn from other humans.

  • Belonging.

  • Tools to ground, align and meet yourself now. And then soften.

  • A promise of emotional wholeness including laughter, tears, focus and fun.

  • A space to reckon with I AM MOTHER. And embracing the ‘AND’ because while it is all encompassing now, the life phases are real in our children and thus, in us. So we keep meeting ourselves and discovering what matters in this phase. And then when the next one comes, we can respond v. react.

Access to Past Speaker Talks:

  • Add on two (2) 1x1 private 60min sessions with Coach Jacki Carr to dive deeper into the content (value: $1,100 USD).

  • In this session, we can go deeper with listening, reflection and action planning.

  • Can cover: core values, legacy design, story writing of your own Mother story, vision-ing for the future, goal writing, boundary setting, and clear communication pathways.

  • Must use the 1x1 sessions by June 1, 2025.

  • "The Mothermind has been a true gift for me in this season of change. In general its been so nice to have a space for me to show up thats totally neutral and safe to be vulnerable. New people feel like old friends because of the value alignment. There are women in this group sending each other dinner from across the country, I have a woman overseas sending me meditations, its beautiful. It seems like there are new moms finding peace from what more seasoned moms are saying, and hearing perspective from similar minded mamas has been so refreshing. I did not expect to find so much of a "village" virtually, but its here and rich. The resources have been the soundtrack to my life these last few weeks, replacing any books or podcasts, its been my personal motherhood library thats so abundant in wisdom. If you are looking for a value aligned Mom to text when you are up feeding your newborn or you are looking to gain some wisdom as you embark on motherhood, you will feel at home in Jacki's Mothermind"

    — Jacqueline H.

  • "My experience in the mothermind showed me that there are other mothers out there who think, feel and experience both the joy and hard parts of mothering. This group gave me a space to figure out what parts of my motherhood story o want to keep and want parts I’m open to letting go. I feel like I’m meeting a new better version of myself."

    — Becca P.

  • "Oh Mothermind! What a ride! This experience has been so life giving, reflective, helpful, community building, and a place I know I have to look forward to every week. When we did breath work and sound bowls with MK I held my own face (like I do my child’s all the time!!) and wept a release of tears I didn’t know I had been carrying. This course and community has helped me hold my own face with love, surprise, grace, and wonder. Mothermind makes me grateful to be a mother with these other incredible mamas around the world. Led by an artist who speaks, writes, and creates an experience you do not want to miss!"

    — Anne Marie F.

  • "My experience of the mothermind was pure safety. It was the perfect correlation of knowledge, inner work, tactical advice, healing and community that every mother should experience. Thank you Jacki ❤️"

    - Paige G.

  • Mothermind is a place, a space, a feeling. A place to let go and see what finds you. A space to feel nourished, comforted, and supported. A feeling that I will never forget.

    - Kristyn T.
