And like any art, it asks us to practice.
THE CRAFT is an intimate, 8-week mentorship for experienced coaches who want to deepen their practice, challenge what they think they know, and remember their WHY.

I have been playing in the coaching industry playground for a while now, I have a lot to share. Tools I love, questions I've asked, lessons I've learned (some the hard way), and perspectives that have completely changed the way I coach.
And I still, I am always learning and sharpening my edges.

I'll bring my philosophy, tools, and experience to the table. You'll bring yours.
Together, we'll practice, question, challenge, experiment, and explore what it means to be a coach who remains devoted to the work.
The Experience
Over eight weeks, we'll gather for four live Devotion Labs, with intentional practice and reflection between sessions.
This is not a sit-back-and-take-notes experience. We'll be working with real coaching scenarios, practicing conversations, studying questions, and learning from what happens when we are within the coaching experience.
You'll have access to my library of e-books on Core Values, Vision, and Community Design, alongside tools and teachings from my 17 years of experience. We'll capture observations, reflect on our coaching, and explore what we're learning about ourselves along the way.
And you'll be in the company of other coaches who are just as curious about the work as you are and peer coaching weeks will be a way to dive deeper, together.
