This is a writer’s club not just for writers, it is curated for all of us seeking a space to express, explore, get curious and put pen to a page on purpose. Some times we need a guide to get going and other times we need accountability in our calendar to show up and get curious.

In 2026, we’ll journey deep into the tendrils of mythology, featuring a different goddess each week as our muse and inspiration. We’ll still explore poetry, haiku, jump-off lines, guest speakers, and imagery, with time at the end for open (and entirely optional) sharing. This space will feel like a creative salve, a community of humans seeking, feeling, and shaping words into meaning uniquely their own, kind of liek life.

CONNECT: A Denim & Poetry Social
Join Jacki Carr for a morning steeped in creativity, style and women having a cackle together. We will meet in the morning for a caffeinated connect at Spruce Confections Café located at 4684 Broadway, Boulder, CO (known for its scratch-made pastries) to gather, get to know one another and write poetry. Our creative muse will be writing the body in the stanzas. PSA: I do love a haiku. At 10am, we will walk down the block to get personally fitted for your new favorite denim at Boulder vintage shop, LOV'D with founder, Melissa!

Every single pair of jeans is priced at $279.00. There is zero pressure to purchase anything at the event! We are here for the jean try-on and if you find a pair you love, amazing! If not, no worries, we had a great time on the catwalk together!
If and when you do fall in love with your jeans, I will refund you the event ticket cost so you can put that dollar amount towards your jeans! So just consider it a denim deposit, heyyyyy!
