An experience with our nervous system exploring extremes as we breathe with XPT couch and counselor, Amy Shenk in the cold and the hot, repeat. 

CONNECT: Ice Plunge & Sauna

Get ready to refresh your mind and body with a guided experience in cold plunge and sauna. In collaboration with XPT coach, writer and therapist, Amy Shenk, we will breathe, sauna, ice, repeat. And then we will all have homemade gluten free waffles and leave high on breath! Doing hard things and then laughing about it in the sauna is medicine for connection in community, meet you in the ice. Location is in Denver, will send details once you sign up!

Amy Shenk is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Wellness Consultant who specializes in educating others about the nervous system. When Amy works with her clients she focuses on a holistic model of health and wellness that integrates breath work, mindfulness, physical fitness, and mental health. She envisions a world where anyone can easily get the help they need to experience the best version of themselves.

Jacki Carr is a life, business, and creative coach, writer, and curator of meaningful connection. Inspired by her third e-book, CONNECT: An Experience in Belonging, she is hosting a monthly event series throughout 2026 across Colorado, creating spaces for presence, depth, and real community.

Floral Design & Tablescapes in the Greenhouse

You are invited to a fun and creative experience all about floral arranging and stunning tablescape design featuring event planner and hostess, Chrissy Frank of Ever Frank. Hosted on a flower farm set right inside a beautiful greenhouse, we will tap our desire to design beautiful spaces and invite our loved ones in to gather in community.

Jacki will speak to the essential salt of community and opening up our homes and third spaces. Chrissy will guide us through the magic of live flowers in a space and designing a thoughtful tablescape: layering linens, vessels, candles, and fresh flowers to create a table that feels welcoming, artful, and memorable.

Whether you’re a beginner, party planner or just love flowers, this event is perfect to get inspired and creative. Bring your ideas and let's immerse ourselves within the fresh blooms gathered around the blank canvas of a long table, together!

Chrissy Frank is the founder of Ever Frank and believes every occasion tells a story, and the beauty is in the details. Her work is about making simple moments meaningful through intentional design, creative styling, and the joy that comes when people gather around the table. Ever Frank, an event hosting an soiree styling small business, is about the magic of intimate connection: dinners with friends, showers for loved ones, or simply a Sunday supper made special.

Meet Yetman Farms:

Yetman Farms family owned and located in south Lakewood, not far from Belmar and right near the Bear Creek Trail. The farm is a sanctuary space by being a in harmony with the earth and nature as much as possible. The Yetman Family compost, integrate and use their happy livestock in farming, and do not use any chemical herbicides on the land. Experience the magic of four acres of a creative, dirt-filled life embarking on leaving the Earth better than they found it.
